Fantastic episode taff, best seen in ages.. wiping out those destroyers not only makes the sea safer for friendly submariners but the satisfaction when you kill the hunter.. no better feeling. Those cruisers sunk, truly amazing job done and there was no better in regards of a wonderful sight, sending two of the enemy's proudest cruisers to the seabed with those destroyers.. truly a jewel in the crown moment. The imperials will make sure to cover this one up, and will no doubt be fast to spin a false story, either way the enemy got a well deserved broken nose and black eye in this one, fantastic work. Awesome episode, that was hitting the enemy right where it hurts, true warrior skill.. you really let the enemy have it. The top Navy brass should be proud of you in this one, that shows how the US navy is coming back with a vengeance, keep it up and well done mate. Love this series.. one of the best ever seen 👏👍

I wish the 'Cutie' wasn't so overpowered in this game. Its warhead was only 95 lbs. of TPX explosive; which is 1/4th the of what the Mk-14 had. And since it homes in on ship propellers, a Cutie would rarely sink a ship, but rather cripple or outright immobilize it.

Those QT torpedoes are nasty, going for the arse end like that! Did you notice they seem to be more effect if they come right up the wake rather than from abeam, Taff?

Use the cuties to slow down an escort. If they're disabled from the cutie, use a non-homing torp.

The ME109 vs Bf109 debate: I had always thought that Bf 109 was correct. Turns out I wasn't as right as I thought I was: Originally designed by Willi Messersmitt and his team, it started out as the ME109. Then for a brief period they came under the auspices of the Bf design bureau (the design was already done by then though) and then became the Messersmitt design bureau again in their own right. The Germans themselves in common speech refered to it as the ME109. In offical documents it was refered to both as the ME109 and the BF109 *_in the same document_* interchangeably. Seems on balance I was wrong and primarily it *_is_* the ME109 with Bf109 being still acceptable, rather than the other way around.
